When using her Alice, Anju is able to increase the power of another person's Alice by touching or in close range to her. Using her Alice too much will affect her health to the point of shortening her life span if overused. She usually gets light-headed after using it in daily basis, she can keep using her Alice until she lost consciousness, however when that happens it's a sign that her life span has shortened. To prevent that from happening, Anju wears a choker as her Alice restraint.

Upon first glance, Anju is a gentle and well-mannered girl, graceful and has a motherly side. Very soft-spoken and never really raises her voice against anyone, rarely gets angry and always keep her composure. She's a caring person and will get rather protective towards people she holds dear, will always keep them away from any harm. Even though she looks calm and composed most of the times, she has the tendency to bottle up her emotions and feelings, she usually keeps her negative feelings to herself. Being ladylike has make her rather slow in doing things from daily activities to making decisions, tends to think too much and waste her time. Behind her docile-looking appearance, she is actually a rebellious type who will not hesitate to break a rule when she thinks it's necessary.
